What is a DemandVues Service Credit?
A Service Credit is a standardized unit used for portal administration, product setup, template changes, workflow configuration and related EOS support. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance.
What happens when we use all of our included credits?
Additional credits are billed at the rate associated with your plan. EOS can also help determine whether moving to the next plan would be more economical based on your ongoing usage.
Does the monthly fee include printing and postage?
No. The monthly fee covers the managed DemandVues platform and included Service Credits. Print production, materials, postage, shipping, inventory and fulfillment are billed separately based on actual activity.
Can the initial setup fee be waived?
The setup fee may be waived with a qualifying multi-year service agreement. Eligibility depends on implementation scope, agreement term, projected production activity and EOS approval.
Can DemandVues support several departments or locations?
Yes. User groups, product visibility, approvals, quantity limits and shipping rules can be configured around departments, branches, territories, representatives or other organizational structures.
Can DemandVues handle direct mail and physical inventory?
