Background
Electronic Output Solutions (EOS) was started in August 2001. EOS is a "closely held" California corporation with its' principal offices in Vista. Our team has a proven track record in all aspects of the electronic document, printing and the mailing industry. In 1995, Mr. Fyffe co-founded and managed a very successful credit union statement mailing services business, selling his shares in late 1998 to explore other options.
Specialists in processing, printing, and mailing of high value and mission critical documents, EOS understands the business community's needs. EOS provides a high level of customer service, accurate and timely production, and innovative production processes, all at competitive prices. EOS customers realize value added benefits as well, such as improved customer satisfaction, accelerated cash flow, and reduced overall costs.
The approach taken by EOS in fulfilling customer needs is to fully understand the requirements, situation, and goals of the customer, then work with the customer to develop an efficient and cost-effective solution. To accomplish this, EOS has invested heavily in technologies, facility, software and hardware

EOS was established with a vision to be something different in this industry. Our goal is to have a consultative relationship with our clients. We're not interested in just the mechanics of how many units we produce for a customer, our goal is to make a difference for our clients and be an extension of there team.
We have also carried these same values through to our employees and vendors alike. Its' the basics of doing business we cannot make a difference in your organization without hiring and taking care of quality employees and maintaining key vendor relations. The team we have put together at EOS thrives on opportunity and challenge, our unofficial motto is "bring it on".

In this day and age, it's pertinent for EOS to demonstrate adequate controls and safeguards while hosting and processing data that belongs to you.
SSAE 18 Audited
EOS makes every effort to protect our clients' data through a number of internal controls and procedures. EOS has successfully completed all of its SSAE 16 & 18 (formerly SAS 70) audits, developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). A third-party auditor presents the certification based on an in-depth examination of day-to-day operations and determines if the service organization performs as documented. EOS started this process in 2008. This classification recognizes EOS as a provider of reliable services and solutions and helps assure our clients that EOS is in compliance with industry-accepted vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for customers.
EOS is SSAE 18 certified.
HIPAA Privacy
The HIPAA Privacy Rule provides federal protections for PHI patient identifiable health information held by covered entities and their business associates and gives patients an array of rights with respect to that information. At the same time, the Privacy Rule is balanced so that it permits the disclosure of health information needed for patient care and other important purposes.
The Security Rule specifies a series of administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for covered entities and their business associates to use to assure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic protected health information.

- Secure PDF proofing for approving files prior to release into production

- In-depth postage reports, including usage by job, the breakdown of rates applied and balances
