How it Works
1. EOS delivers on your behalf
Your documents are transmitted to EOS Host, fingerprinted for integrity, and queued for delivery. SMS and email notifications go out to recipients under your brand.
2. Recipients access securely
End users authenticate via username/password, PIN, or MFA and access their documents in your branded portal — or opt to receive paper if they prefer.
3. Bounces are handled automatically
If an email bounces, SecureVues converts the document to print and mails it — no manual intervention required.
4. Everything is logged and integrated
Every access event is captured in the audit trail. Your team can pull delivery and access data via API directly into your existing ecosystem. Payments are collected and reconciled in the same session.
